The "You Pick Em Contest" (the "Contest") is a free-to-play prediction game where participants pick winners of weekly games to earn points and compete for prizes. The Contest runs from **September 3, 2025 through February 8, 2026** (the "Contest Period"), consisting of 18 weekly contests plus one grand prize season-long contest.

• **Age Requirement:** Participants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
• **Geographic Restriction:** Contest is open only to individuals who visit participating bar/restaurant locations in San Diego, California.
• **Entry Limitation:** One (1) entry per person per unique email address and phone number combination for the entire Contest Period.
• **Employee Exclusion:** Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Waterbar San Diego, Bub's San Diego, TeamUP Agency, Krowd.com, and their respective affiliates are not eligible to participate.

• **Entry Methods:** Participants may enter by scanning QR codes, clicking links, using AI Chatbots on social media, or NFC card links at participating locations.
• **Registration Required:** Complete registration including name, email, phone number, birth month/date for age verification, and other optional information.
• **No Purchase Necessary:** No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Weekly Contests:

• Participants make weekly game predictions to earn points.
• **Scoring:** 10 points awarded for each correct pick.
• **Bonus Points:** 10 additional points per game day for QR code check-ins at participating locations.
• **Weekly Prizes:** Top weekly point leader wins prizes including **$50 eGift cards** to Waterbar San Diego, Waterbar merchandise, sponsor merchandise (hats, t-shirts, hoodies), and other prizes that vary weekly.

Grand Prize Contest:

• **Scoring:** Cumulative points from all 18 weeks of participation.
• **Grand Prize:** One (1) Authentic NFL Game Day Jersey from the team of winner's choice (approximate retail value: **$1,500**).
• **Late Entry Impact:** Participants may join at any time during the Contest Period, however, later entry reduces chances of winning the Grand Prize.

• **Prize Values:** Weekly prizes vary in value. Grand Prize approximate retail value is $1,500.
• **Prize Distribution:** Prizes must be picked up at participating locations or as otherwise arranged.
• **Prize Limitations:** Prizes are not valid in combination with other promotions, contests, or offers.
• **Non-Transferable:** Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No cash substitution or alternative prizes will be provided.
• **Tax Responsibility:** Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes.

• **Weekly Winners:** Determined by highest point totals each week. In case of ties, winners will be selected by random drawing among tied participants.
• **Grand Prize Winner:** Determined by highest cumulative point total across all 18 weeks. In case of ties, winner will be selected by random drawing among tied participants.
• **Notification:** Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of determination.
• **Response Requirement:** Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited.

• **Rule Changes:** Contest rules are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Contest administrator.
• **Contest Modification:** Contest may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason.
• **Disqualification:** Violation of rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.
• **Verification:** All entries are subject to verification. False information will result in disqualification.
• **No Affiliation:** This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the **National Football League (NFL)**, Facebook, Instagram, or any advertising sponsors.

Participants agree to release and hold harmless Waterbar San Diego, Bub's San Diego, TeamUP Agency, Krowd.com, and their respective owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, damages, or claims arising from participation in this Contest or receipt/use of any prize.

This Contest complies with California Civil Code Section 1770 et seq. and applicable California sweepstakes and contest regulations. Contest void where prohibited by law.
